1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Trashnappers' website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Description

Trashnappers provides residential trash collection services in East Tennessee and Southwest Virginia, including Sullivan, Hawkins, and Greene counties in Tennessee, and Weber City and Gate City areas in Virginia.

Our services include:

Weekly residential trash pickup
3-month and annual service packages
Trash can delivery and pickup

3. Service Area

Our services are limited to the specified service areas. We reserve the right to modify our service areas at any time. Customers outside our service area may be placed on a waitlist.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are in US Dollars and subject to change with notice
Pre-sale pricing applies to first package only and renews at regular price
A one-time delivery fee applies per trash can
Payment is due at the beginning of each service period
We accept cash, check, and credit card payments

5. Customer Responsibilities

As a customer, you agree to:

Place trash cans at the designated pickup location on collection day
Ensure trash is properly bagged and contained within the provided can
Not place hazardous materials, liquids, or prohibited items in trash cans
Keep the area around trash cans accessible for collection
Notify us of any changes to your service address or contact information

6. Prohibited Items

The following items are prohibited from regular trash collection:

Hazardous waste and chemicals
Medical waste
Electronics and batteries
Construction debris
Tires
Appliances
Hot ashes or coals

7. Service Interruptions

We strive to provide consistent weekly service. However, service may be delayed or interrupted due to weather conditions, holidays, road conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to notify customers of any planned service changes.

8. Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel service with 30 days written notice
Refunds for unused service will be prorated based on remaining service period
Trash cans must be returned in good condition upon cancellation

9. Limitation of Liability

Trashnappers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services during the current service period.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
